Order above € 100 no shipping costs in the Netherlands.

Delivery time 2 to 3 working days in the Netherlands.

Insured shipping is available for all countries at an additional cost:

Rest of the World = € 25,50

Not satisfied with your purchase?
No problem, you have the right to cancel the sale within 14 days (from the day of delivery of the product)

The termination period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the article.

•  To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify Parisienne, located in Amstelveen, 1181DA, of your decision to cancel the agreement by email: info@parisienne.nl. This way we know that a package is on its way. You will receive a confirmation from us when the package has been received in good condition. Clearly state your name, order number and the name of the item in the email.

• Please return the articles unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging (box and / or bag) with labels and / or labels carefully and securely packaged within 14 days.
• You are responsible for the return shipment arriving to us. The shipping costs to return your order are for your own account. We will not accept unstamped returns.

After receipt of your return shipment, it will be checked by Parisienne, if all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount (minus the shipping costs) within 30 days at the latest. If the returned items do not meet the above conditions, we cannot refund the purchase amount and the items will be returned to the sender.
